Primary colors are the set of color they can't create by mixing other colors. but any other color can be created by using Primary colors.
In paints/inks,
primary colors are Red, Yellow, and Blue
these colors are using for drawing paints. ie oil paints, fabric paints, watercolors, color pencil arts, ...
In offset printers,
Primary colors are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. In short terms, we call it CMYK.
these colors are using for offset and digital printing machines
In the light using things
Primary colors are Red, Green, and Blue. n short terms, we call it RGB
these colors are using in the Monitors, Televisions, mobile phone displays, LED
